Vivian’s main goal is to make a difference for her team and clients alike. As an interdepartmental project specialist, she manages project timelines, coordinates resources and facilitates communication between departments to ensure seamless project execution. Vivian brings a touch of her unique Southern charm to her work, ensuring efficiency and excellence in each project she oversees.
Vivian graduated from Ottawa University with a bachelor’s degree and later earned her master’s. Before joining Miller Retirement Group, she worked as a fan shop coordinator at Ottawa University.
Born and raised in northeast Texas, Vivian now lives in Ottawa, Kansas. Her country roots are evident in her eclectic collection of pets, from cattle and cats to dogs, turtles, fish and her mini pig, Barbie-Q. In her free time, Vivian’s world revolves around mind-challenging activities that require meticulous attention to detail, mathematics, strategy and computer skills. An experienced geocacher with a penchant for puzzles, sudoku, co-ed sports and online gaming, Vivian finds joy in testing her problem-solving skills both on and off the clock.
